Well its been awhile . I have been busy with things around the farm as well as spinning, knitting and doing shows. I have joined the Tour de Fleece and started on July 5 with 1.4 lbs of 100% alpaca and hope to have it all done by the end of July so far I have 280 grs or about 10 oz. so I will keep spinning. Right now I have 1 foster dog and for now that is enough. I have 2 of my own dogs as well as 2 cats, 2 ferrets and 18 alpacas so they all keep me busy. Doing more fencing now and have barns to clean out as well. I also have rovings ,thrum mitts, duvets and hand spun yarn for sale . I will try and get some pictures of the new crias posted soon.

Welcome!

Hi
Let us introduce ourselves . My husband Joel and I first got into alpacas in 2002 with the purchase of 2 fiber males and have increased our herd to a total of 15 animals. We find the animals easy to work with and fun to have around. I do alot of the fiber end myself and have taken courses on spinning. knitting and other fleece related interests. We do our own shearing and sorting as well . To date we have 10 males and 5 females with one cria due in May 07 . Most of our animals are double registered and BVD tested.
